Health First Announces Kinard Cooper, RN, Center for Fracture Care Coordinator at Holmes Regional Medical Center
ROCKLEDGE, FL (July 15, 2013) – Health First is pleased to announce Kinard Cooper, RN as its new care coordinator for the Center for Fracture Care at Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center. Cooper has worked as a staff nurse at Health First Holmes for the past two years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Staten Island and an Associate in Science Nursing RN degree from Brevard Community College.
The new Center for Fracture Care at Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center, will help prioritize specialty care for people who experience fractures. The Center’s surgeons, physicians, physician assistants, nurses and therapists all work together to maximize outcomes. The Center is located on the orthopedic floor which has 47 beds—six of which are solely dedicated to fractures. This is the only fracture center in Brevard County.
