Bios:
Agnes Bender, OTD, OTR/L
Agnes holds a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with a focus in Low Vision Rehabilitation. She has over 22 years of experience, primarily in home health care, where she is dedicated to helping patients safely age in place.
Francine Bride, MS, OTR/L
Francine earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. She brings diverse clinical experience across outpatient, hospital, and home care settings, treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and cardiac conditions.
Stephanie Diaz, OTR/L
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University and has extensive experience across skilled nursing facilities, school-based therapy, and home health care. She has worked with both pediatric and adult populations, allowing her to provide comprehensive, lifespan-based care.
Holly Johnson, OTR/L
Holly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of Saint Catherine in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has worked in a wide variety of settings including inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient rehab, and leadership roles such as clinic administration and program development.
Leah Showalter, OTR/L
Leah earned her Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Florida and has experience in both clinical practice and academia, including teaching at James Madison University.
