She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY. Following her residency, she stayed at NYU Winthrop Hospital to complete a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine, and a joint fellowship program in Oncology and Hematology. At NYU Winthrop Hospital, she served as Clinical Instructor to medical students and as Chief Fellow in her final year of training. Her research has been presented at national conferences and has been published in hematology and oncology journals.
