Deborah L. Marino is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with Health First Medical Group who has 20 years of experience in her field.

Marino earned her Master of Science in nursing and her Bachelor of Science in nursing, both with high honors, at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She earned an Associate in Arts from Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, FL.

Before arriving at Health First, Marino worked as the Director of Holzer Student Health Center and ARNP at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL where she was the onsite administrator of daily operations, wellness education programs and provided patient care. Deborah has also worked as an ARNP at other Brevard County, FL healthcare facilities, including OMNI Healthcare and Wuesthoff Hospital in Rockledge in the intensive care unit and as house supervisor. She served as a volunteer ARNP with Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine for four years.

Marino spent five years at Kennedy Space Center during the shuttle missions as a Flight Nurse, providing health care for the Astronauts and their families, supporting 32 shuttle flights.

Marino is a member of the American College of Health Association, Space Coast Clinicians, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International.

She enjoys running, swimming, traveling throughout the country with her husband in their RV and two beautiful Golden Retrievers.
