All plans have a $0 one fitting/evaluation for hearing aids every calendar year when provided by a contracted provider.

Hearing aid benefits vary depending on the plan you choose. 

The right hearing aid can change your life, and there’s a right aid for everyone. From styles almost invisible to the eye, to sleek and stylish designs, along with wireless streaming capabilities, there are more than enough options to fit any need you might have.

Your provider can submit authorization to us, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before treatment. The below hearing devices may be covered in some cases:

• Cochlear implants.
• Auditory implants.
• Bone anchored hearing aids (BAHA).

These are Medicare covered hearing services and not part of the supplemental TruHearing aid coverage.
