What is MyChart?

Health First Health Plans MyChart is a secure online member portal and app to make it easier to access and manage your health insurance benefits. Beginning January 1, 2026, all these features will be available.

Billing & Payments.

  • Make premium payments.
  • Setup or edit autopay for monthly premiums.
  • Enroll in paperless billing for monthly premiums.

  • Request Social Security withholding or Railroad Retirement Board withholding.

     

Documents & Records.

  • Access member resources, including the Learning Library and MyChart video tutorials.
  • Request a physical copy of the 2026 ID card.
  • Request and view paperless Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
  • Review benefits information.
  • View authorizations and claims.
  • Set communication preferences.
  • Access a child or family member's record by proxy (with permission).

Costs & Coverage.

  • Track out-of-pocket expenses (copays and coinsurance).
  • Get cost estimates for upcoming care.

  • Submit reimbursement requests.
