Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain
Health First Behavioral Wellness offers an ongoing, in-person support group for individuals experiencing chronic pain. The group meets in six-week sessions and is led by licensed Behavioral Wellness therapists. Participants will find a safe, compassionate environment where they can build skills to improve daily functioning and better manage chronic pain.
The group is specifically tailored for individuals 18 and older, who have a chronic pain condition. Most insurance accepted, coverage discussed at initial call.
