We are pleased to share that Health First and UnitedHealthcare (United) have reached an agreement that keeps our doctors and hospitals in your plan’s network. This means your care continues without interruption, and you can keep using your United benefits at all our locations. If you paused any treatments or rescheduled appointments, please reach out to your provider’s office to resume your care. Additionally, any Continuity of Care documents are no longer necessary.
